Expert Help

 

Access J. J. Keller's team of experts for your safety and regulatory questions securely and privately using the Expert Help feature in Safety Management Suite.

 

Select Expert Help from the menu on the left.

If the user hasn't submitted any questions yet, they will be directed to the page to submit a question. They can enter their question using the Ask Question area, or, browse for questions that have already been asked by using Browse by Category area.

1. Give the question a title.

2. Provide any details to the following text box. Note: As regulations can vary by state, please include the user's full name and base jurisdiction (state/province) so the experts may best serve them.

3. Use the category drop down to categorize the question. This allows other users in the company to find the user's questions and answers easily.

When clicking on Expert Help from the Safety Management Suite dashboard, if a question has already been asked, the user will be taken to the Expert Help home page which has two tabs and a box of categories to the right.

Any questions asked by the user will be listed under Your Questions and frequently asked questions will be found under FAQs.

Clicking the Home button at the bottom will take the user back to this screen.
