Submit a Request

Click one of the green Submit a request buttons to begin a message to the experts.

  1. Enter a subject/title for the question.
  2. Select a relevant topic.
  3. Select the state or province to which the question pertains. (Although this is optional, some regulations vary by state. Therefore, it is recommended to include the applicable state/province in your question.
  4. Enter the details of the question.
  5. Attach a file, if desired.
  6. Submit your question. A J. J. Keller subject matter expert will respond within one business day.

View Your Requests

To view your Expert Help requests, click View Your Expert Help on the portal's main page, or click the dropdown next to your name in the upper right and select Requests.

The My Requests page shows any previous requests/questions they've submitted. Search for a specific request, or filter by the status of the request.
