Access J. J. Keller's team of experts for your safety and regulatory questions securely and privately using the Expert Help feature in Safety Management Suite.

 

Select Expert Help from the menu on the left.

The user will be brought to the My Requests page, showing any previous requests/questions they've submitted in the past. Search for a specific request, or filter by the status of the request.

To submit a new request/question, click the green Submit a request button at the top.

  1. Enter a subject/title for the question.
  2. Select a relevant topic.
  3. Select the state or province to which the question pertains. (Although this is optional, some regulations vary by state. Therefore, it is recommended to include the applicable state/province in your question.
  4. Enter the details of the question.
  5. Attach a file, if desired.
  6. Submit your question. A J. J. Keller subject matter expert will respond within one business day.
