Technical Requirements and Support
Email Spam Blockers
The Learning Center generates a number of emails to communicate course enrollment and forgotten password requests.
If you do not receive an email, it is possible that your email provider has blocked the email as spam. Many email programs provide a "safe sender list". Email addresses on the list will not be considered spam. Consider adding the following email addresses to your safe sender list to ensure that email from the training portal arrival in your inbox, and not in your junk mail:
- JJKellerResponse@t.jjkeller.com (make note of the domain t.jjkeller.com)
- trainingonlinesupport@jjkeller.com
- safetysupport@jjkeller.com
- support@jjkeller.com
- fleetmentor@jjkeller.com
Computer/Mobile Requirements
To ensure full course functionality, your computer will need to meet or exceed the following requirements:
General
- Windows 11, Mac OS 12 (Monterey)
- Mobile App: Android 11 and above, iOS 16, 17 and above
- Persistent, high-speed internet connection with at least 1.5Mbps download speed
- Speakers or headphones
- Pop-up blockers must be disabled
- JavaScript must be enabled
- Cookies must be allowed
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 10 or higher
Windows System Requirements (64 bit)
- 1.5GHz or faster processor
- Windows 11 (64 bit), Windows 10 (64 bit) version 1809 or later, Windows Server 2016 (64 bit), or Windows Server 2019 (64 bit)
- 2GB of RAM
- 900 MB (English) of available hard disk space
- 1 GB (Other Languages) of available hard disk space
- 1024x768 screen resolution
