Using the Compliance Network Institute
This article provides an overview of the J. J. Keller Institute, a comprehensive content repository offering practical, application-based guidance on 120+ compliance topics. Users can search subjects via keywords or browse suggested topics, then access detailed content organized into 5 main categories: Foundational Learning, Learning Resources, In-Depth Analysis, Test Yourself, and RegSense Topics. The Institute also offers Professional Roadmaps, which guide members through curated content with links to in-depth articles, regulations, and expert explanations. These resources support professional development and a deeper understanding of compliance topics.
Searching Subject Content, Learning Resources, Etc.
At the top of the page you can click Search All Subject to browse the content repository.
You can also scroll to the suggested subjects area and click Search All Subjects on the right.
Use the search field to enter a specific keyword, topic, etc. and select the magnifying glass to search. Click on a subject title to open more information.
You are brought to the subject's main page. This includes an introduction to the subject and a menu of options to select various content.
Under the Main Menu on the left, you will find five categories: Foundational Learning, Learning Resources, In-Depth Analysis, Test Yourself, and Regsense Topics.
Foundational Learning
This section provides a plethora of information related to the subject. Click on the top "card" to open the learning path.
From here, you can read more about the subject and dive into further details. Use the menu on the left-hand side, or click the > arrow to progress through the content.

Learning Resources
Charts, Fact Files, How-To Guides, etc. offer additional ways to consume information related to the subject. Examples of each are provided in the table below.
In-Depth Analysis
This section provides in-depth analyses of different topics through the J. J. Keller Expert voice including Q&A's and special reports.
Test Yourself
This section allows you to put your learning and knowledge "to the test" by answering questions, examining a scenario, and more.
Regsense Topics
This area links RegSense topics related to the selected subject. Each "card" provides a direct route to the correlating area in RegSense in Compliance Network.
Professional Roadmaps
Professional "Roadmaps" are documents that will guide you through content and resources on important topics with links to in-depth articles, full-text regulations, expert explanations, and more. If you see a topic in the slider, you can click Start Your Journey. Or, click Browse All Roadmaps for a full list.
A PDF document will open. Inside you will find clickable links that bring you to relevant information in the Compliance Network Institute or ez Explanations.
The content is intended to be consumed in order; you are encouraged to follow each stop in the roadmap.
