Reset Your Password for VideoProtects Fleet Camera
If you forget your VideoProtects® Fleet Management System password, you can easily reset it by using the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen. After entering your email, a Verification Code will be sent, which you must enter on the Reset page without leaving your browser. Once verified, you can create a new password that meets the system’s requirements to regain access.
Steps
First, enter your email and click Continue.
Then, select Forgot Password.
Click Send Verification Email. Don't exit this browser.
Once you receive the email, enter the provided code into the VideoProtects password reset page. Click Continue.

Determine a new password, ensuring all requirements are met. Then, click Reset Password.
