Training Coordinator
Before using Training features in VideoProtects, companies must designate a Training Coordinator through the Training Coordinator page, accessible by Super Admins under the Training menu. The Training Coordinator is responsible for receiving Course Completion Notifications, while the entered Company Name and Address will appear on Learner Certificates. Once this setup is completed, the Courses and Learners pages become available for managing Driver Training Assignments.
Steps
The Training Coordinator page can be accessed by Super Admins in the side navigation panel under Training.

The Training Coordinator will be the individual that receives notifications when Learners (Drivers) complete courses.

The Company Name and Address will appear on the certificates that Learners (Drivers) can print out after they complete a course.
Fill out the fields and click the Save Changes button in the bottom right to set the Training Coordinator information for your company.
Once this information is populated, 2 additional options will be accessible in the side navigation menu – Courses and Learners. (Click the hyperlinks to learn more information about Courses or Learners)
