-
The headset tightens by pulling tabs on either side of your head.
-
Here's a tutorial on how to unbox and start up a Pico VR headset
- The instructions/guide are very intuitive and easy to follow. You will be asked to connect your Wi-Fi to your device, select language, etc. You may be prompted to update the headset's operating system. Click "Yes" to get the latest OS version of the software.
- The Pico headset has a camera that will provide what's called "Passthrough Mode." This will render first as you complete walking through all the steps.
- You will be asked to create a "boundary." A boundary is the 'playing area' where you will be using the VR device. The device may ask you to put one of your handsets on the floor so that you can establish a firm footing and not feel like you're floating.
≈ If you feel dizzy at anytime, remove the headset and find a place to sit. Adjust how the headset is resting on your forehead, and remember you can adjust the inside lenses to a width that will help you see clearer.
≈ Take some time to enjoy the interface! Look 360 degrees around you in the experience and explore the settings as you get used to the VR experience.
When you purchase a Pico Neo 3 from J. J. Keller, the required Pixo Hub App will already be installed onto the headset. You can sign into the Pixo Hub app using the temporary code provided to the learner upon course enrollment. See What Happens Inside the Headset for more information.
