Updating Minimum Passing Score for a Course

This article explains how to update the Minimum Passing Score for an eLearning Course in TMC. The Minimum Passing Score, set by a Training Coordinator or TMC Admin, determines the score a Learner must achieve to successfully complete the course. Users can select the course, access Settings, and update the Minimum Passing Score field before saving. Adjusting this score ensures learning requirements align with organizational standards and accurately reflects course completion criteria.

If you need to update the Minimum Passing Score for an eLearning Course in TMC, first locate the course in question.

If you would like to update the Minimum Passing Score for just one Learner, check the box next to their name. Otherwise, you can check the box next to multiple Learners to change the Minimum Passing Score for all selected.

Then, click Settings.

Update the Minimum Passing Score in the Passing Score field. Click Save.
