Adding J. J. Keller Videos to a Classroom Program
While Classroom Programs in TMC don’t include embedded videos, they do provide all the supplemental materials—such as Trainer Guides, Quizzes, PowerPoints, and Handouts—created by J. J. Keller to support instructor-led sessions. Users can easily create a copy of a J. J. Keller Classroom Program and add a link to the corresponding video. If you're an Admin or Assistant Coordinator logged into TMC, you can directly link to and stream the desired J. J. Keller videos to enhance your training sessions.
To start, go to Catalog > Video Programs.

Use the Filter feature to locate the video(s) you want to link to a Classroom Program. Click into the video title to open the page.

Copy the URL link for the video.

Move over to the Classroom Programs page and use the filter to find the corresponding Classroom Program title. Click into the Classroom Program title to open the page.

On the Classroom Program page for that title, click on Copy Classroom.

If you are creating a new Classroom Program page, click on the drop down in the Type box and select Video Program. At the bottom of the page select Save and Continue.
A list of all the Training Assets included in the Classroom Program will be displayed under unique section headings.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
Changes allowed at the Section Headings Level:
+Add Section: Allows you to create a new section and upload your own content
Edit: Allows you to Rename the section Heading
Delete: Allows you to Delete the entire section (including any Assets in it)
Add Asset: Allows you to upload any of your own content to add it to the section
Changes allowed at the Training Asset Level:
Copy: Allows you to add a duplicate copy of the Training Asset to the section
Download: Allows you to download the Asset, make any desired changes, and add the customized asset back under the section
Delete: Allows you to delete the Asset from the section
To add the video link, download either a Getting Started (Trainer Guide) or Presentations (PowerPoint®) Asset.

Once downloaded and opened, click on Enable Editing to open the document to make changes.
Either create a new document page or PowerPoint slide or edit an existing page or slide to create a link to the video(s). Save the updated document or PowerPoint.
- Insert an icon(s) and create the link(s) OR add text and create the link(s).

Back on the new Classroom Program page, identify the section you want to add your newly updated document or PowerPoint to. Click on Add Asset.
The Training Asset Library page will open. Click on Upload Document.

In the Upload Document box, select an upload Category and Type. Add a Title for the Asset and click on Upload File. When the file is uploaded, click Submit.

You will be returned to the Training Asset Library page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
Verify that the Asset you updated to add the video link(s) appears in the Training Asset section.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Create Classroom.

An Alert will pop up informing you that when you copy a J. J. Keller Classroom Training Asset, the Asset will not automatically update when changes are made. Click "I UNDERSTAND."
- *Note: If the video needs to be updated in the future, you will have to manually update it.
A confirmation that your Classroom Program was saved will appear on the screen. You can verify by clicking on the drop down in the Added By box, select your name, and click on Apply.
A list of Classroom Programs created by you will open. Click into the title to open the Classroom Program page. Clicking on Training Assets will open the list so you can locate the uploaded document.

On the day of the Training Event, download all Assets that will be used during training. As long as the TMC account Admin or an Assistant Coordinator is logged into TMC, the video link embedded in the Training Asset will be active and you can stream the video from TMC.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
If you want to “add your own videos” to TMC, you can follow a similar process. Instead of needing to copy the link to a J. J. Keller Video and embed that link into an Asset, you can add a link to the personal video file(s) of your choice.
Tips/Best Practices:
The video files need to be stored in a place accessible to the person clicking into the link following your company’s security policies.
You're only creating a shortcut/link to your video file(s) when following this process. Your videos are NOT directly hosted in the TMC library.
The shortcut/link(s) can be added to a single PowerPoint slide or a single-page Word document and uploaded to a Classroom Program.
