Reset Password for Encompass
This article provides a comprehensive guide for recovering, resetting, and managing Encompass® User Passwords. Individual users can recover their password via the “Recover your password” option on the login page, receiving reset instructions by email. Administrators can reset passwords for other users through Settings > Users by selecting the key icon and creating a new password that meets on-screen requirements. Users can also change their own passwords internally via Settings > My Account > Change My Password. Additionally, Administrators can enforce advanced password security rules across the organization to ensure compliance with password policies.
Note: If you log in using J. J. Keller's OKTA login portal, Encompass Admins are not able to update passwords for other Encompass Users. The Encompass User can update their own password. See Logging In with Okta - J. J. Keller Support Center for more information.
