VideoProtects Video Events not being Assigned to Drivers
Video Events will now automatically be assigned to Drivers if the Driver can be determined via ELD data. When video events are processed, the system will check for an ELD Event with an assigned Driver for the same vehicle that occurred within 1 hour prior to the Video Event.
- If an ELD Event with an assigned Driver is found, the same Driver will be assigned to the Video Event.
- If vehicle does not have an ELD or an ELD Event is not returned within the 1 hour timeframe, the Video Event will be left unassigned.
Drivers on Video Events can still be manually updated if needed, either via the Event Details page or by using the new Bulk Assign Driver feature on the Video Events List View.
