Mobile Company Contact (eDVIR App Only)
This article outlines how to set up a Company Contact in the Encompass DVIR Application so mobile users can easily reach their Encompass Administrator. The contact is configured through Settings > Mobile Company Contact in the Encompass ELD Settings section. Administrators can select an Encompass user and enter their phone number, which will then display on the “Contact Us” page in the mobile app. This ensures Drivers have quick access to the appropriate support when needed.
First, go to Settings > Mobile Company Contact (within the Encompass ELD Settings box).

Select the Encompass User and enter the phone number they can be reached by.

Once this is saved, it will display in the Encompass DVIR Application on the "Contact Us" page.
