How to See What Driver Was in a Vehicle and When

Looking to find out what driver may have been in a specific vehicle at a specific time? Simply run the Employee Log Events report and sort the report to reveal this information. First, go to Drivers > Reports.

After the report is generated, you can select specific dates in which you would like to see data from. If you select specific dates, you will have to click View Report on the right.

An Excel file will download to your device. Open the file. You will need to know how to filter/sort a spreadsheet in order to narrow down results. It may be easiest to select Row 4 and then click the Filters button.

Then, sort the Event Type column (Column J) to include 1 (this is the Duty Status Change event type) and then sort the Event Code column (Column K) to include 3 (this is the Driving event code).
