What does the alert "Units With Incomplete Pre-Service Items" mean?

Answer:

This means that one or more of a unit's Pre-Service or Renewable items haven't been completed. For Pre-Service, a completed item has both the last completed date and a status that's been flagged in the system as completed. The status typically includes: Received, Completed, Issued. To complete a Pre-Service item, you can also N/A the item if that's been allowed in the system and is -- in fact -- the case. For a Renewable item, a completed item needs a due date set out into the future OR it needs to be N/A'd.
