Can I link a document or picture to employee information in Encompass®?
Yes, you can link documents or pictures in a few different areas in the Employee Tab. The first two areas are the Prequalification and Maintenance Checklists. As long as you have checklist items setup in that section you can add an attachment. The other area to add attachments is the Employee Attachments section. It is used for items like a photo of a driver or other miscellaneous items you would like attached to the employee's file. To add attachments on the Employee screen simply select Add New next to Employee Attachments or on the DQ screen select Add Attachment next to the Maintenance Checklist or Prequalification Checklist header to begin attaching.
