System Menu Functions (AOBRD) - File

The File Tab of the System Menu gives drivers the ability to change their passwords, check for updates, go into Roadside Inspection Mode, request a history of logs, and perform admin functions with the help of the J. J. Keller Customer Care team. 

Initially, the driver password is established by the Encompass admin. However, a driver can change their password at any time by following these simple instructions. 

Changing Your Password 

  1. From the home screen click on MENU.
  2. Click on System Menu.
  3. Click on File.
  4. Select Change Password
  5. Enter the Old Password in the indicated box.
  6. Fill in the new password in the New Password and Confirm Your New Password boxes. Click OK.

Your password can be any combination of 1 or more letters, numbers or symbols.

Drivers will see updates to KellerMobile as alerts when they login and they can manually check for updates within KellerMobile. Updates should be installed as soon as possible as they contain important regulatory and app function enhancements.

Checking for Updates

  1. To check for updates to KellerMobile click on MENU from the home screen. 
  2. Click on System Menu.
  3. Click on File
  4. Click on Check for Updates
  5. Available updates will appear above the Download button. If an update is listed click Download. In the example below, no update is available. 
     
     

A driver can request past logs from their Encompass administrator. These logs are emailed and delivery depends on the size of the date range of logs requested. 

Requesting Previous Logs 

  1. Click on MENU from the home screen. 
  2. Click on System Menu.
  3. Click on File
  4. Click on Request Logs
  5. Enter Email Address.
  6. Click the Start Date and End Date to select specific dates for the log records you want emailed. The default dates are the previous 6 months of logs.
  7. Click Submit

Log Off

  1. From the home screen click on the Log Off icon.

  2. To submit the log upon logging out check the Submit Logs on Logout box. Then click Logout
  3. To logout of KellerMobile without submitting the logs to Encompass, click Logout without checking the Submit Logs on Logout box.
  4. If a driver finishes driving for the day but is still On-Duty, the Actual Time Off-Duty option allows the driver to specify the exact Off-Duty time.  Click the drop down arrow and select the appropriate log off time. Tap Logout.

Admin

The Admin screen is used by the J. J. Keller customer care team to address substantial EOBR issues. Access to it requires a unique password that a driver will get when they call in to J. J. Keller customer care.  

Roadside Inspections

  1. From the home screen click on the MENU located in the blue bar.
  2. Select Roadside Inspection.
  3. Enter your password.  
  4. You can double-check that Roadside Inspection mode is enabled by clicking on the MENU again. Only a few items will display.
  5. To exit Roadside Inspection mode select Roadside Inspection from the Dashboard Menu and enter your password again. You will be taken to the home
    screen and all application restrictions will be lifted.
