Why am I getting a minimum charge of $75?


When signing up for the system, you (or your site administrator) will have negotiated an approach to minimum billing. If you have a credit card you can bill by, the minimum charge is typically $20.00 (as of 1/1/2017).  In order to get this rate, you must enter the credit card into the system (either when signing up or afterward).  


To See if You Have a Credit Card Entered:

  1. You'll need to be a system administrator
  2. Log into Encompass
  3. Go to Setup
  4. Click on "Credit Card Information" (Maintain Company Info)
  5. You should see Type, Number, Expiration Date and Holder filled out.  


If these fields are mostly blank, you'll want to "Edit" and fill them in.


If you cannot use a credit card and your billing comes to less than $75.00, the system is automated to increase the billing to $75.00. This is the minimum charge it takes to process an invoice at J. J. Keller & Associates. This cannot be completely waived without discussions with your Sales Representative.


NOTE: If you already have a negotiated rate with your Sales Representative but you're not seeing it, you'll want to call your Sales Representative to investigate.
