List View - How to Manage

About List Views

There are list views on every tab except the Home Tab and the Reports & Forms tab. List Views fall into two main categories:

1. Common (or system configured)

2. Custom (or user configured)

This article will walk you through managing a Common View.  If you want instructions on how to customize and save a list view, see this article.
