Mobile Messaging Messages Just Spinning on Device & Not Receiving Messages

Issue: Driver states that when they sent a mobile message it just spins and says "working".
Effect: Unable to move off screen

For Mobile Messages Just Spinning on Device

1. Verify that the driver is in fact seeing the spinning wheel and the word working like in the picture in Additional Info.

 

2. Driver will need to force close Encompass ELD and log back in.

 

3. Advise the driver the following:

a. that the message they sent does go to Encompass for their admin to review.

b. we are aware of this issue and are investigating the cause

 

4. Add Grouping Category and Resolve

 

For Not Being Able to Receive Messages

1. Advise that we are aware of this issue and are investigating the cause.

 

2. At this time they will not be able to receive messages on their iOS device

 

3. Add Grouping Category and Resolve
