Samsung Knox Remote View

Info about when remoting into a tablet in Samsung Knox.

1. Knox Remote Support tab shows interactions

Record - Records what is happening on the device. Use this to capture for Team 2.

Take Screenshot - Picture of what is happening on the device. Use this to capture for Team 2.

File Browser - This option is disabled.

Menu - This option is disabled.

Home - Brings you back to the lockdown screen.

Back - Brings you back to the previous screen.

Power - Click once will lock it down. Hold down will give option to Power Off or Restart.

Volume Down - Turns down the volume on the tablet.

Volume Up - Turns up the volume on the tablet.

Rotate - Rotating the device to portrait or landscape mode.

5. When done with session, click Disconnect at the top right of the screen
