Samsung Knox Finding Tablet

Topic/Meaning: The basic usage of Samsung Knox. How to find tablets and what can be done.
Effect/Example:

 

1. Log into Samsung Knox at https://us02.manage.samsungknox.com/emm/admin/login.do

 

2. Type IMEI and click Search

3.Click on the checkbox to enable Features

4. To Remote in Click Knox Remote Support

5. You will be brought to another screen and the below prompt will be shown. Use Ask to start then click OK

6. You will be in the Remote Viewer and will need to give the user the six digit code that will be shown on your screen.

The customer will need to click on the Knox Remote Support icon that is in the lower right hand corner of the tablet screen to enter the code.

7. Once the code has been entered you will be all set to assist.
