Samsung Knox Exit Kiosk Mode

Topic/Meaning:

Unlock the device to perform other tasks inside the tablet.

Effect/Example:

1. Make sure that you are already using the Remote Viewer and in the customer's tablet.

2. Click Device Command

3. Under Knox Manage, select Exit Kiosk Mode

4. Do you want to request 'Exit Kiosk Mode'? will appear. Click OK

5. Click the Home Button from the Remote Viewer screen or have the driver click the center (home) button on the tablet.

6. Perform the necessary troubleshooting.

7. When troubleshooting is complete, lock the device down again by selecting Push Profile (Device Command - Device - Push Profile)

8. Device will then lock down within a few seconds.
