Samsung Knox Clearing Encompass ELD Data

Effect/Example: |
1. In Samsung Knox Manage, go to Devices. Type in IMEI number and click Search.
2. Under Device Name, click on name that is bolded.
3. You are now in the Device Details. Click Application.
4. In the search bar, type ELD and click enter.
5. Under Actions, click the icon and then choose Delete App Data.
6. Encompass ELD data has now been cleared and driver should be able to login after entering their company's Fleet ID. |
