Samsung Knox Clearing Encompass ELD Data

Topic/Meaning: Encompass ELD application data needs to be deleted.
Effect/Example:

There are two ways to clear app: Device Command or Application Details

 

 

Device Command

 

1. In Samsung Knox Manage, go to Devices. Type in IMEI number and click Search.

2. Put a checkmark in the box and select Device Command

3. Under Application, select Delete App Data

4. In the search box, type in ELD and click on ELD

5. Do you want to request 'Delete App Data'? Click OK

6. Encompass ELD data has now been cleared and driver should be able to login after entering their company's Fleet ID.

 

 

Application Details

 

1. In Samsung Knox Manage, go to Devices. Type in IMEI number and click Search.

2. Under Device Name, click on name that is bolded.

 

3. You are now in the Device Details. Click Application.

4. In the search bar, type ELD and click enter.

5. Under Actions, click the icon and then choose Delete App Data.

6. Encompass ELD data has now been cleared and driver should be able to login after entering their company's Fleet ID.
